Greg Pace

 Greg Pace BPE, PFLC, NCCP is the owner of PACEperformance; a training, event management and fitness consulting firm. Greg has 30 years of multi-sport and personal coaching experience. Greg has completed over 100 triathlons including multiple Ironman distance events, marathons and cycling races.

Greg is a full time certified triathlon coach and course conductor with the National Coaching Certification Program. He is also certified as a Professional Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant (PFLC) and attained his Kinesiology degree from McMaster University.

He introduced SPINNING in Canada and has taught Spinning & cycling for the past 15 years.

Greg is co-founder, Past President and on the Board of the Ontario Association of Triathletes.

The successes of PACEperformance clients include well over 500 first time triathletes successfully training and completing their first race. 200 Ironman triathlon finishers, with a 96% finishing rate (many Iron Virgins and age group competitors). Many national team members, top 10 finishers at world championships for all distance races. Greg has coached all levels and ages of participants to personal bests and successful completion of a wide variety of athletic endeavors. Greg has a passion to assist individuals in attaining their desired fitness and athletic goals.
