Bikes for kids is a program created by Greg Pace to provide youth that might not otherwise receive a gift of a new bike, helmet and lock at Christmas. Through a partnership with the Halton Children’s Aid and Canadian Tire (Fairview Street, Burlington), Bikes for kids has provided over 1000 children with this wonderful gift.
From meager beginnings in 2004 donating 2 bicycles B4K has become an valued partner with Children’s Aid to make Christmas a special time for children in need.
Each year we strive to give a local child entrusted to Children’s Aid a well deserved and much-desired brand-new bike or activity-based gift at Christmas.
Our goal is to provide 100+ bikes and or sports activity equipment to Halton Children’s Aid. Any and all contributions are appreciated. Help us make this year our best year ever and make a child over the moon happy this Christmas.
