PACEperformance offers personal coaching as well as personal training. Our coaches/trainers are available to take you through an individual workout, in the gym, at your home or out on the streets.
Our Personal Training service specializes in strength training for all levels of clients, from the de-trained, injury recovery/prevention and to those wishing to increase their muscular strength, endurance and power. Strength training is the vital component in all activities.
Sessions are 45 minutes – 1 hour in length (packages and semi-private discounts are available)
